Return/Exchange Policy

If return/exchange is possible!

  • Simple change of mind, defective product, incorrect delivery: You can apply for exchange/return.

  • If you contact the person in charge, the item will be checked and collected during the next delivery.

  • There are no separate return costs as it is collected upon delivery. However, fresh/refrigerated/frozen products must be stored properly before returning them.

Return/exchange If it doesn't work!

  • All returns, including exchanges and refunds, must be made within 14 days of receipt. If the item is returned after 14 days, we may not be able to issue a refund.

  • Vegetable purchases cannot be canceled due to a simple change of mind.

  • The product must not be damaged along with the original package due to use, passage of time, partial consumption, damage to the product, or poor storage.

  • Before returning a product, please contact the person in charge or the office.

When will the refund be processed?

  • After inspecting the product, if there are no problems, a credit invoice will be issued within 1-2 days. The issued credit invoice will be delivered to the person in charge during the next delivery.
