Return/Exchange Policy
If return/exchange is possible!
- Simple change of mind, defective product, incorrect delivery: You can apply for exchange/return.
- If you contact the person in charge, the item will be checked and collected during the next delivery.
- There are no separate return costs as it is collected upon delivery. However, fresh/refrigerated/frozen products must be stored properly before returning them.
Return/exchange If it doesn't work!

All returns, including exchanges and refunds, must be made within 14 days of receipt. If the item is returned after 14 days, we may not be able to issue a refund.
- Vegetable purchases cannot be canceled due to a simple change of mind.
- The product must not be damaged along with the original package due to use, passage of time, partial consumption, damage to the product, or poor storage.
- Before returning a product, please contact the person in charge or the office.
When will the refund be processed?
- After inspecting the product, if there are no problems, a credit invoice will be issued within 1-2 days. The issued credit invoice will be delivered to the person in charge during the next delivery.
