Refund policy

Return/Exchange is possible when

For simple changes of mind, defective products, or incorrect deliveries, you can request an exchange/return.

If you contact the person in charge, the items will be confirmed and collected on the next delivery.

Since the collection takes place during delivery, there is no separate return cost. However, fresh/refrigerated/frozen products should be stored properly before returning.

Return/Exchange is not possible in the following cases!

All returns, including exchanges and refunds, must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt. If the product is returned after 14 days, a refund may be difficult.

Vegetables cannot be canceled due to simple changes of mind.

The product should not be damaged, including usage, elapsed time, partial consumption, product damage, and storage defects, in its original packaging.

Before returning the product, please contact the person in charge or the office.

When will the refund be processed?

After inspecting the product and confirming there are no issues, we will issue a credit invoice within 1-2 days. The issued credit invoice will be delivered through the person in charge on the next delivery.
