Dried Gondre (Cirsium Setidens)
Dried Gondre must be soaked in water sufficiently (at least half a day - more than 6 hours).
Rinse thoroughly and boil over high heat. When it starts to boil, boil over medium-low heat for about 1 hour to make it soft.
Turn off the heat, leave to cool, rinse, remove moisture, and season with soy sauce and various seasonings.
